Billie Faye Bell

Billie Bell, 92, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 5, 2020 at her residence in Richland. The family will receive friends Monday December 7, 2020 beginning at 5:00pm until 7:00 PM at First Baptist Church Florence, and 1pm-2pm Tuesday December 8, 2020 followed by a 2pm Funeral service at First Baptist Church in Florence. Interment will follow in Florence City Cemetery. Billie was born March 18, 1928 in Dubach, LA to Dalton and Clara Williamson Davis. She was a member of FBC Florence. She loved her family and was always a caretaker. Billie and her late husband, Ray, served as houseparent’s for missionaries. She loved baking and watching hummingbirds. Billie is preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Ray Bell in August 2020, son Eddy, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Gary (Lisa) Bell of Richland; brother, Grant (Ruby) Davis, Jr. of Bastrop; grandchildren Stephanie Bell, Brandi (William) Harris, Andrea (Jacob) Goodwin and 6 great grandchildren, Gyle, Mason, Camryn, Zoie, Bailee and Sadie. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Southern Baptist Foreign Missions Board.
