Mr. Willie Clyde Orr

Willie Clyde Orr, 87, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at his home in Byram. Visitation will be 10-11am Friday, September 13, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow with no service at Salem Church Cemetery in Chester, MS at 2:30pm Friday. Mr. Orr was born in Bankston, MS (Choctaw County) to the late Merlin and Lona McGaugh Orr. A Veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII, Mr. Orr was self employed in the construction business having lived most of his life in the Byram area. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Flake Orr of Byram; daughter, Virginia Tidmore (Jerry) of Byram; two grandchildren, April Wade (Trey) of Raymond and Ty Tidmore (Liz) of Jennings, LA, and two great grandchildren.
