Visitation will be 12:00pm until the 2:00pm service time Saturday, November 23, 2007 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow in Terry Cemetery.\ \ Mrs. Weathersby was born September 30, 1937 to Thomas and Mildred Mills in Evansville, IN. She was a homemaker having lived in the Jackson area since 1973, and was of the Methodist faith.\ \ Survivors include her husband, Arthur B. Weathersby of Byram; sons, Bobby Neighbors, Jr. of Byram, William Neighbors of Dewey, AZ; daughters, Carrie Neighbors of Clinton, Janet Hilderbrand (Kenneth) of Bentonia, Tammy Edwards (Stephen) of Terry; sisters, Mary Pugh and Debbie Farmer both of Princeton, IN; grandchildren, Stephanie Brooke Edwards, Lauren Michelle Neighbors, Emily Yadira Neighbors, Stephen L.
