Mr. Wayne Lee McBride

Wayne Lee McBride, 66, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020 at his home in Florence. There was a private Graveside Service on Wednesday, June 24th at Mountain Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Florence, MS. Wayne was born November 15, 1953 to Malcom Ray and Juanita McBride in Jackson, MS. He lived all his life in Florence and was a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church. He loved his church and his family. He worked with Noel’s Parts for 20 years before going into the trucking industry. He worked for Total Trucking and eventually retired from Sanderson Farms. Wayne is survived by his wife of 31 years, Karen McBride of Florence; daughters, Amber (Josh) Rawls of Texas, Mindy (Terry) Higginbotham of Forest, and Megan (Luke) Young of Pearl; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild with one on the way; and brother, Ronnie (Ann) McBride of Forest.
