Timothy Milton Folse

Timothy “Tim” Milton Folse passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024, in Jackson, MS. He was 75 years old. The family will receive friends and extended family for visitation from 9:00-10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will reconvene at 3:00 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS.

Tim was born on December 13, 1948, to James Milton Folse and Josie Lacoste Folse in Morgan City, Louisiana. He was a patriot and served his country proudly in Vietnam with the United States Navy. Tim worked as an Electronic Technician for BellSouth/AT&T and retired after 29 years of service. He enjoyed shrimping after his retirement. Known as an executor of daydreams, he enjoyed life and had a hankering to do it. He loved life to the fullest. Above all else, Tim loved his family, especially his two grandchildren.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Mark Folse; daughter, Kristy Folse; and sister-in-law, Judy Folse. He is survived by his son, Davey Folse (Kelly) of Clinton; sister, Paula Sanders (Forest) of Columbia, MS; brother, Mike Folse of Berwick, LA; grandson, D.J. Folse of Clinton, MS; granddaughter, Alyssa Folse of Clinton, MS; 2 nephews; 1 niece and a host of cousins and extended family.
