Thomas T. J. Kainz

Mr. Thomas (T.J.) Kainz, 86, died Saturday January 12, 2008 at MBMC in Jackson. Friends and family will gather from 5-7pm Monday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. A memorial service will be held at 7pm in the chapel to celebrate his life.\ \ A native of the Jackson area since 1947, Mr. Kainz started Southeastern Automatic Sprinkler Company, Inc and had Black Velvet Acres, with over 300 head of Black Angus cattle until 1995. Recently he had developed several subdivisions in the Byram/Raymond area, including Regency Estates, Regal Woods and Country Meadows. \ \ He is preceded in death by his grandson, Abe Henley, III.\ \ He is survived by his wife, Margaret Kainz, his son, Thomas A. Kainz and wife Betty; and his daughter, Karen Henley, all of Raymond; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren \ \ Memorials may be made to Morrison Heights Building Fund, Clinton, MS.\ \
