Robert Michael Ellett

Robert “Michael” Ellett age 47 passed away Tuesday May 9, 2023.

Michael was born in Jackson, MS on May 20, 1975. He was the son of Linda and Lenard Hearst and Robert Ellett.

 Those who preceded Michael in death include his stepmother, Angela Ellett; grandmother, Tressie Prestage, and special Aunt Evone Stewart.

Those left to cherish Michaels memory include his wife, Amber Ellett; daughters, Savanna Ellett (Austin), Elise Ellett, Katie (Morgan and Pop’s 1^st grandbaby) Mathis; sons, Jordan Ellett, Cody Mobley; sister Melissa Ellett; brothers, Lenny (Tamatha) Hearst, Travis (Scott) Hearst, George (Amanda) Doby, David Doby sisters; Rita Wright, Jessica (Chris) Ellett, brother Jonathan Ellett; a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Michael was a career lineman who took pride in his work and excelled at what he did. He loved all the guys he worked with along the way and sharing work adventures.

He loved hunting, fishing, watching food spin on the spit (Lenny), LSU football, his friends, music and making people laugh with only ways Michael could. Above all, He was a man who loved his family and showed it every chance he got. He is loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him. GEAUX TIGERS!!

Michaels family will receive friends for visitation Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 1:00 PM until the 2:00 pm Memorial service celebrating his life.
