Rebecca Bishop

Rebecca “Becky” Ann Morrow Bishop of Florence, MS was born on September 14^th, 1948, and went to be with the Lord on July 20^th, 2023.  She graduated from Central High School in 1966 and worked for the Veteran’s Affairs department as a Disability Rating Specialist for over 38 years.  She loved her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren, she enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, reading, and traveling.  Over her lifetime she participated in many organizations and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her 2 children, Jennifer Anderson Fung (Troy), Thomas Christopher Anderson (Lisa), her granddaughters, Madison Carolann Anderson, Kaitlyn Breann Anderson, nephew, nieces, great-nieces, and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Peyton “T.P.” and Charline White Morrow, her brother David Thomas Morrow, her sister Emiley Jean Morrow Kelley, her children’s father, Robert Wade Anderson, and her late husband, Robert Earl Bishop.

Visitation will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS, on July 25^th, 2023 at 9:00am with the Funeral Service to follow at 10:00am and burial at Lakewood Memorial Park South.
