Ralph Andrew Smith, 75, died of cancer Thursday, January 20, 2011 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram.\ \ Mr. Smith was a lifelong resident of the Jackson area who was owner/operator of Ralph Plumbing Service.\ \ Survivors include his wife of 50 years Mary Smith; sons Ralph and Sam Smith; daughters Marian Slawson and Amanda Smith; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.\
