Michael Ray Shoffner, was born on January 16, 1955, in Laurel, Mississippi to Junis Elliott Shoffner and Ida Fredonia Walker Shoffner. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones, on October 1, 2024 in Raymond, Mississippi.
Mike dedicated 35 years of his professional life to Delphi Packard, where he excelled as a tool maker, a testament to his skills and commitment to his craft. His work ethic and dedication left a lasting impact among his colleagues and friends.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mike had a profound passion for woodworking, where he found joy in expressing his creativity. Additionally, he cherished moments spent fishing, relishing in the tranquility it brought and the memories made on the water.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angie Bowles Shoffner. Mike is also survived by his two daughters, Lisa Cedotal and Melinda Shoffner; and a stepson, Dustin Harris. He was a cherished grandfather to three grandchildren: Madison Harris, Harper Grace Cooper, and Justin Cedotal.
