Maudina Lucy Williams, age 87, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 10, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. Visitation will be held Monday, December 12 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Chancellor Funeral Home, Florence, and again Tuesday, December 13, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. The service will begin at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Glenwood Memorial Park, Richland, MS.

Mrs. Williams loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She shared 63 years with her love. She was a homemaker and housewife. She loved to read and garden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy N. Williams and son, Mitchell “Mike” Williams; parents, Sidney Guy and Lucy Brady; sister, Alice Herring; brothers Sidney Guy Brady, Jr. and William Alex Brady.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, Pat Williams (Teresa) of Richland; daughter-in-law, Teresa “Sissy” Williams of Brandon; grandchildren, Mandy Roberts (Ben), Misty Gainey (Scotty), Jessica Holeman (Derek), and Michael Williams (Hope Marshall); great-grandchildren: Gracie-May Lambert, Ben Pruitt, Hunter Gainey (Melissa), Manning and McKinley Holeman, Brycen Gainey, and Raegan Fesperman; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
