Mrs. Mary Louise Brantley

April 12, 1930 — June 24, 2021

Mary Louise Brantley passed into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at her home in Brandon. She was 91 years old. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, June 28th from 11:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Jesus Name Chapel’s cemetery, Garden of Memories. Mary was born April 12, 1930 in Philadelphia, MS to the late Milton and Zelma Bulman. She was raised in Neshoba County, MS before moving to Pearl where she lived over 60 years. She was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church. She loved gardening and pretty flowers. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed playing card games and many other games as well as putting together puzzles with her grandchildren and great grandchildren when they came to visit. Along with her parents, Mrs. Brantley was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Dale Brantley and 9 other siblings. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Lampkin of Richland, Shirley Fredrick (John) of Brandon, and Betty Jean “Jay” Haskins (David) Of Florence; sons, Jimmy “Jimbo” Brantley (Maxine) of Brandon, Ronnie Brantley of Pearl and David Brantley of Pearl; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
