Lynnette Mary Purvis

Lynnette Mary Purvis went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at her home in Richland, MS. She was 78 years old.

Lynnette was born on November 19, 1946, to Paul Purvis and Sadie Soignier Purvis in West Monroe, LA. She was raised in Jackson, MS, but has lived in Richland for the past 4 years and was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church. Lynnette loved shopping, thrifting, watching TV, and reading her Bible.

Lynnette is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Paul E. Purvis. She is survived by her sisters, Sharon Martin of Florence, and Connie Fike of Florence; and brother, Gene Purvis (Betty) of Orderville, Utah.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to SPCA Animals.
