Lea Anne Horton, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother, passed away on July 8, 2026, in Byram, Mississippi. Born on September 27, 1970, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Robert Hodge and Bonnie Hodge. Lea lived a rich life marked by deep love, devotion to family, and a steadfast spirit.

Lea was the cherished daughter of Bonnie and Robert Hodges, both of whom preceded her in death. From her early years in Memphis, Lea carried with her a warmth and compassion that drew others to her, traits she passed on through every relationship she nurtured. Her formative years in the heart of Tennessee shaped her values and created the foundation for the loving household she would later build.

Lea’s life was blessed with a large and close-knit family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Blane Horton, whose partnership was a source of immense strength and joy throughout their years together. Lea’s legacy shines brightly in her children: sons Sean Myers and Joey Myers, and daughters Abby Horton and Destiny Harris. Her guidance, love, and encouragement have been an inspiration to each of them, and the bonds they shared will forever be treasured.

Lea was also a proud and adoring grandmother to Karson, Jamison, Kyson, and April Kate Myers, as well as Peyton Robin, Leaoni Ates, Adaline Harris, and Jasper Lynn Wilson. Each grandchild brought immense joy to her life, and her kind spirit and gentle presence will live on in their memories.
