Lacritia Renée Summerlin

Lacritia Renée Summerlin, age 43, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023, at her childhood home in Florence.

Lacritia was born on February 28, 1980, to Don and Dixie Summerlin in Flowood, Mississippi. While in high school at Richland, she was well loved by many and enjoyed her time as a successful majorette. She loved her friends, family, children, and grandchildren. Lacritia enjoyed sewing, watching TV, fairies, and loved to cook.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Dixie Lucille Summerlin.

She is survived by her father, Don Summerlin (Martha) of Florence; children: Sierra Purviance, Robyn Rigsby, Caleb Rigsby, and Spencer Rigsby all of Florence; brother, Don Summerlin, Jr. (Kimberly) of Taylorsville; and three grandchildren: Dustee Wade, Wynter Wade, and Jonnah Gibson.
