Ms. Kathy Bernice Phillips

Kathy Bernice Phillips, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019 in Jackson, MS. Her family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. funeral service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Kathy was a big personality who had a gift of making people smile and laugh. Kathy's father, W.L. Rayborn, preceded her in death. Those left here to celebrate her memory include: her mother, Merline Wright of Florence; her son, Justin Peavy; two grandchildren, Holiday and Shannon Peavy; one brother, Bill Rayborn; and, three sisters, Judy Ann French, Susan Sojourner, and Tanya Bishop of Florence.
