Joseph Daniel Parker

Joseph Daniel Parker passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in Florence, MS. He was 66 years old. The family will receive friends and extended family for visitation from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. The Celebration of life will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Joseph was born on December 2, 1958, to Robert Earl Parker and Barbara Faye Stribling-Parker in Maine. He was the kind of man would give you the shirt off his back. Joseph was a lover of music and playing his guitar. He never read music but could hear every note. He also loved watching The Voice. He will truly be missed.

Joseph is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bubba Parker. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Parker (Scottie Wingate); son, Brandon Parker (Erin Tankesly); grandchildren, Hannah, Angela, Junior, Emily, and little Brandon “Hoss”; great grandchildren, Dominic, Kyson, and Kaizer; and sisters, Sandy Wagner, and Anita Parker.
