Johnny Ray Blair, 63, died April 1, 2010, at River Oaks Hospital. Visitation will be 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2010, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Mt. Olive, MS.\

Mr. Blair was born on December 13, 1946 in Pinola, MS to James and Katherine Blair. A lifelong resident of Rankin County he was a member of First Baptist Church of Richland.\

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Blair of Pearl; son, John Kelvin of Flowood; daughters: Tonya Michelle Blair of Pearl, Samantha Lynne Blair of Florence; brothers: James and Jerry Blair of Richland; sisters: Mary Ruth Hancock of Florence, Carolyn Barett of Pearl, Patsy Cox of Bolton and Joan Minga of Flowood; grandchildren: Kathryn, Alexis, Hailey, Makenzie and Rebecca Bailey.\
