Visitation will be Friday, December 7 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence from 5-8 p.m.and Saturday 12 noon at Jesus Name Tabernacle until services at 1 p.m. with Dr. Jean Holland and Dr. John Scheel officiating. Burial will be in Jesus Name Tabernacle Cemetery \ \ Obituary: Mr. Joe Fonville, 66, passed from this life Friday, November 30, at G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Hospital. Mr. Fonville was born October 22, 1941 in Boise City, OK, and has been a resident of Florence for the past 45 years. He was a charter member of Jesus Name Tabernacle, where he served on the Board of Directors for the past 30 years. He served in the Armed Forces. He owned and operated Joe's AC & Refrigeration and was a bus driver for Cline's Charter Bus. Survivors include: one son, Chauncey Fonville and his wife, Becky; two granddaughters: Amber and Isabel, all of Brandon; two sisters: Pauline Ables of Richland and Sue Ham of Jayess; four brothers: Earl Fonville of New Orleans, James (Jamo) Fonville, Tommy Fonville, and John (Danny) Fonville all of Richland. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Hallie Fonville; sister, Bobbie Jean Massey and brother, Cecil Fonville. \
