Mr. James Cline Brewer

James Cline Brewer, 95, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the VA Hospital in Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Mr. Brewer was born and raised in Walnut Grove and was a graduate of Walnut Grove High School with the last 65 years in Jackson where he worked as a general contractor. He was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII where he served on the U.S. Brinkley Bass and was also a Pearl Harbor Survivor. Mr. Brewer is preceded in death by his wife, Jere Brewer and his son, Timothy James Brewer. He is survived by his daughter, Eva (James) Bullock of Jackson; sister, Daphne Brewer of Clinton, 2 grandchildren, Amanda (Johnny) Glasscock and Daniel (Brandi) Brewer; 5 great grandchildren and his beloved dog, Charlie.
