Born on October 17, 1946, in Philadelphia, Mississippi, Harry's life was marked by dedication both to his country and to the pursuits he cherished.
A graduate of Edinburg High School, Harry answered the call of duty, serving honorably in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968.
