Gloria Jeanne Overby-Weller

Gloria Jeanne Overby Weller, age 93, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 12, 2024. The family will receive friends and extended family for visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Son, Rick Weller, wife Terry of Boerne, Texas; daughter, Perrie W. Paul, husband George J. Paul of Star, Mississippi invites family and friends to join us in celebration of her life at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Jackson Overby and Florence Perrie Sibley Overby of Benton, MS; and sister Elizabeth Overby Eckert of Georgia.

She was a long-time member of Oak Forest Baptist Church of South Jackson. She retired form South Central Bell as a supervisor in Jackson, MS.
