Mr. Donald E. Scharf passed away April 15, 2026.  He and his wife, Sheryl were together at the time of their passing.  He was from Hazlehurst, MS.  He was the son of Marty Scharf and Frankie Hilton Scharf. He served in the United States Army.  

Donald retired after many years as a loan officer with Trustmark Bank.  He enjoyed gardening and riding his tractor.  He loved to hunt and enjoyed the great outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his son, James Scharf.  

There will be a Graveside Service for on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 1pm at Lakewood South Memorial Park in Jackson, MS.  This service will be for Don and his wife, Sheryl.
