Dolly Alexander

Mrs. Dolly Alexander, 86, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2009 at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood.\ \ Visitation is 5:30-7pm Monday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside funeral services are 11am Tuesday at Lakewood Memorial Park on Clinton Blvd.\ \ A native of Morton, Mrs. Alexander had lived in the Jackson area for 52 years. She had worked as a bookkeeper at Brooks Noble, Jackson Packing Company and Mooreco Drugs. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church and former member of Woodville Heights Baptist. Mrs. Alexander is preceded in death by her husband, Ed Alexander in April of this year.\ \ She is survived by her son, John Alexander, Jr. and wife Gail of Byram and her grandchildren, Julie Alexander and Jeffrey Alexander.\
