Denise Marie Thornton

Denise Marie Downing Thornton passed from this Earth on September 19, 2022 to join her husband, James Elven Thornton; mother, Gladys Downing; and brother, Dennis Downing in eternal glory.

Beloved as a nana, aunt, niece, daughter, and friend, we are separated by distance, but not by love. She is survived by her father, Charles Downing; aunt, Vivian Welch; stepdaughter, Regina Thornton; grandchildren, Tyler Blanks and Chloe Cole; sister-in-law, Robin (Dennis) Downing; nieces, Hannah and Meaghan Downing and Allison Downing Villanova; grandnephew, Dean Villanova; and aunts, Susan Warren, Ollie Short, and Laura Sterns.
