Deborah Lynn Wainis

Deborah Lynn Wainis passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in Jackson, MS. She was 54 years old.

Deborah was born on November 27, 1970, to Robert W. Wainis and Sandra Solberg in Desplaines, IL. She loved her family dearly. Especially her grandson Kaiden, whom he affectionately knew as Nini. Her children were her first priority, and she made sure that they had what they needed. Deborah was full of life; she was joyous and funny. She enjoyed watching her list of programs on TV and relaxing at home. Deborah was also an excellent cook. She will truly be missed.

Deborah is preceded in death by her father, Robert W. Wainis. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Solberg of Elgin, IL; children, Marissa Lang (Tyler) of Sumrall, MS and Robert Wainis (Ashley) of Rochester, MN; siblings, Rebecca Schaps of Carol Stream, IL, Sharon Deuschle of Elgin, IL, and Jennifer Wainis of Des Plaines, IL; and grandson, Kaiden Lang.
