David J. Hembree

David Jackson Hembree,84, died Friday, April 9, 2010 of multiple long term illnesses. Visitation will be 10am-12noon Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside services will follow at 1pm at Terry Cemetery.\ \ Mr. Hembree was a WWII Naval Veteran and a long time member of First Baptist Church of Terry, MS. He was dedicated and loyal to his family and friends.\ \ He is preceded in death by his son David Jackson Hembree, Jr., parents Arthur Larkin Hembree and Velma Elizabeth Stringer Hembree; brother Olan A. Hembree and sisters Mae Jewel Scoggins, Tommye Phipps, Mildred Hembree and Mabel Florence Williams.\ Survivors include his wife of 56 years Martha Baumann Hembree; son Mark Hembree and daughter-in-law Carolyn Hembree; granddaughter Brenan Hembree; grandson Dustin Mitchell; brother Kimble Hembree; sister Nell Brady and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. \
