David Lonnie Stough, born on April 26, 1970, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 55. Raised in Lake Village, Arkansas, David went on to attend Lakeside High School, where he began to cultivate the interests and passions that would define him throughout his life.

David dedicated his professional career to working as a Chemical Waste Disposal worker at the Nissan Plant. His commitment and dedication to his work were highly regarded by his peers.

Beyond his professional achievements, David was known for his vibrant hobbies and interests. He had a profound love for technology, particularly computers, and explored many facets of the digital world. Among his notable contributions was his creation of a server for the game Warcraft, a testament to his enthusiasm for gaming and his technical skills. David was also an avid enthusiast of RC cars and found joy in the wonders of astronomy. His affinity for music encompassed a wide range of genres, including 80's and 90's rap, rock, and classical, reflecting a taste that was as eclectic as it was profound. Furthermore, David enjoyed hiking, often finding peace and connection with nature.

David is survived by his father, Samuel Stough (Tuoi Em); his son, Kaysen Stough; his brothers, Anthony Stough; and sisters, Amy Miley (David) and Becky Gipson (Jeff). He also leaves behind several cherished nephews, including Noah Miley, Brayden Gipson, and Daniel Gipson, along with his niece, Kayla Gipson. He also has several of step family members whom he also has cherished over the years. David was predeceased by his beloved mother, Betty Cunningham. 

A visitation will take place on August 31, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Both services will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home, located at 7225 S Siwell Rd, Byram, MS 39272.

David Lonnie Stough will be remembered as a devoted father, a loving son, and a person whose passions transcended the everyday. His memory will live on in the hearts and lives of those who knew him.
