Mr. Claude Lane Cutrer Jr.

Claude Lane Cutrer, Jr., 73, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. A visitation only will be held from 6-7pm Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Mr. Cutrer was born in Jackson, MS and was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Marines Corp. He retired as Brakeman/Conductor from Illinois Central/Canadian Railroad after 36 years of service and was a member of Alta Woods Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 53 years Katherine Cutrer of Terrry; mother Irene Cutrer of Jackson; sons Clint L. Cutrer of Texas and Bryan A. Cutrer (Angie) of Nevada brothers Douglas W. Cutrer of Raymond and Donald Cutrer of Jackson; uncle Lloyd Cutrer (Katherine); aunt Joe Ann Peets; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. On line guest book www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.
