Clarence Edmon "Ed" Turner

Clarence Edmon “Ed” Turner passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at his residence in Florence, Mississippi. He was 70 years old.

Ed was born on July 4, 1952, to William Ebb and Lessie Lou Turner in Jackson, MS. He loved arrowhead hunting, fishing, Nascar, gardening and cooking. Especially barbeque. He loved his family and was a good father. Ed retired from the State of MS where he was a maintenance man for 20 plus years.

Ed is preceded in death by his parents, and grandsons, Grayson and Graham Hester. He is survived by his son, Joey Turner (Tommie) of Florence; daughters, Heather Hester (Mark) of Florence and Jennifer Turner of Florence; sisters, Kathy Lacey of Brandon, Mary Johnson (Dwight) of Brandon and Betty Lepard of Pearl; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
