Christopher Uzzle

Christopher Neil Uzzle, 41, was born on October 30, 1980 to Neil and Sheila Uzzle and entered the gates of Heaven on August 11, 2022.

He married the love of his life, Julie, on March 27, 2004 and together, they had three sons who were his pride and joy. He worked at Independent Roofing Systems, Inc. for 23 years and loved his friends and family there. Christopher enjoyed playing the Playstation with his best buds, Zack and Badass. He loved to hunt and fish with his boys and attended every sporting event they were involved in.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Neil Uzzle and Sheila Slaughter and mother-in-law, Debra Phillips. He leaves behind his wife of 18 years, Julie; three of his greatest blessings: Fischer, Noah, and J.C.; brother, Greg (Amber) and sister, Mandi (Brandon); and father and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Polly Phillips.

Visitation will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 5:00 p.m.—7:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Palestine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Hunter Uzzle, Christian Phillips, Trent Boone, Devin McGowan, Todd Clement, Jason Hammond, and Pete Moak.
