Bruce Allen Guy, 58, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011 at his home in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, May 6, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and 9-10am Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Lakeshore Congregational Methodist Church with services beginning at 10am. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Kentwood, LA at 2:30pm.\

Mr. Guy was born August 12, 1952 in Baton Rouge, LA to Donald Elton Guy and Mary Eva Miller Guy. He was a Professional Land Surveyor for the MS Department of Transportation and member of Lakeshore Congregational Methodist Church.\

Survivors include his wife Brenda Maddox Guy; son Marcus Allen Guy; daughter Lisa Renee Campbell (Casey Lynn); brothers Donald Wayne Guy and Kenan Keith Guy; sisters Denise Yvonne Hicks, Deanna Ruby Barnes and Sonya Yvette Allison; grandchildren Maddox Mekhia Minfield and Marley Alyssa Minfield.\
