Bobbie Jean Mullins

Bobbie Jean Mullins passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at home in Terry, MS. She was 76. Bobbie was born in Colorado on January 4, 1947 to the late Hal and Dorothy Panter. She was known for her heart of gold and selfless consideration to help others. Bobbie had a love for animals and rescued from the smallest to the greatest to give them a chance to have life. She rescued a tiny flying squirrel from a hungry dog, several dogs of various breeds to an Arabian Stallion that went on to win multiple awards. There was no limit to the time and resources she poured over these animals to give them a renewed quality of life. Bobbie was adored by her husband of 34 years and her memory will be cherished always.

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by her husband, Maury Mullins and their chihuahua, Bella.

Memorial visitation service will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Chancellor Funeral Home of Byram from 5PM – 7PM.
