Mr. Bob Johnson

Mr. Bob Johnson, age 74, died Friday, October 29, 2021 due to a vehicle accident. He was born March 10, 1947 in Shaw, Mississippi, the son of Edward Johnson and Frances Riddle Johnson. Mr. Johnson retired from UPS after 30 years of service. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 53 years, Jimmie Carol Williamson Johnson; his son, Chris Johnson and wife, Alicon; two grandchildren: Tanner and Sawyer Johnson; two sisters, Linda Marbury (James) and Peggi May (James); one brother, Jim Johnson (Ann); sister-in-law, Linda Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry Johnson. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to the Congenital Heart Defect Unit at Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital.
