Betty Jean Hammack

Betty Jean Hammack, age 81, of Clinton, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025. She spent her life cherishing the love of her family. Betty was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. Her legacy of kindness, warmth, and devotion will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Betty’s memory will continue to be honored by her son, daughter, and grandsons and all who were touched by her vibrant spirit.

Betty is survived by her former spouse, Jack Hammack; son, Greg Hammack; her daughter, Tammy Savell (Chris); and her beloved grandsons, Dalton Savell (Courtney) and Logan Savell. She was particularly thankful for her caretakers Latondria (Heart of Hospice), Ms. T., and Regina.

A graveside service will be held at Glenwood Memorial Park in Richland, Mississippi, at 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

Betty's family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude for the love and support shown during this difficult time. She will be missed more than words can express, but her love will remain with us always.
