Barbara Jean Teigen

Ms. Barbara Jean Teigen, age 73 – died Friday, November 12, 2022, at her residence.

She was a proud mother who spent her life devoted to her children and grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Barbara was a private person, but you never had to wonder where you stood with her, as she was outspoken. She had the heart of a servant and was willing to do what she could and give the “shirt off her back” to one in need.

Preceding her in death were one son, Troy Teigen; four siblings, Donald Williams, Richard Williams, Josephine Parnell, and Elizabeth Linz.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Keith Teigen of Florence, MS; three sisters: Frances “Frannie” Sypniewski (Ed), Cathy Stach, and Mary Jane Keilen (Gary) all of Minnesota; six grandchildren: Amber Hill, Amanda Hopkins, Matthew Teigen, Dale Taylor, Austin Teigen, and Elizabeth Teigen; and five great-grandchildren: Jayden Hill, Brycen Hill, Lyric Hopkins, Dawson Taylor, and Grayson Taylor; other relatives and friends.
