Mr. Tommy Wootan

Robert Wootan, 75, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at his home in Jackson, MS. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Wootan was born to Robert Stanley Wootan and Florence Caserta Wootan on February 17, 1945 in New Orleans, LA. A resident of Jackson since 1952, he was the owner and operator of E-Z Moving and Storage, having been in the moving and storage business all his life. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, golf, and NASCAR and worked with the Simpson County Sherrif’s Reserves. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Wootan and sister, Judy Stewart. He is survived by his son, T.J. Wootan of Jackson; daughter, Reagan Wootan of Jackson; sister, Sanlee (Dan) Brown of Terry; and two grandchildren, Christian Wootan and Emily Wingate.
