Mr. Michael Edwin Spell

Michael Edwin Spell, 67, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 29, 2019, passing away at his home in Jackson. Visitation will be 12:30pm until the 1:00pm memorial service Wednesday, May 1, 2019, all at Raymond Road Baptist Church. Rev. Josh Horner will officiate. Mr. Spell was a lifelong resident of Jackson where he worked in the grocery industry. He loved his church family at Raymond Road Baptist, where he enjoyed making coffee and tea for everyone. Mr. Spell loved his girls and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching The Andy Griffith Show and old westerns on TV and each year he helped with the Andy Holder Golf Tournament. He could always be found at the church by the rattle of his keys and served as an Honorary Deacon. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Mildred Merritt Spell. Survivors include his two daughters, Katrina Spell of Watertown, WI and Kandice Spell of Jackson; three grandchildren, Raiden, Atreyu and Sebastain.
