Mrs. Linda Sue Sullivan

Mrs. Linda Sue Sullivan, 74, passed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, June 29, 2020 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, July 2nd from 3:00 p.m. until the 4:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Mrs. Sullivan was born December 10, 1945 in Upland, CA to the late Glen and Virginia Burgeis. She has lived in Florence for the last 30 years, moving from Jackson. She worked as a 1st grade teacher before at Central Hinds Academy becoming an Executive Secretary at CMMC. Later she became the office manager of 7 medical clinics. She enjoyed old movies and musicals, loved to travel, and enjoyed spending time with her parents. Linda was devoted to her husband and children and doted over her grandchildren. Linda is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dobber Sullivan of Florence; son, Donnie (Brandy) Sullivan of Brandon; daughter, Ginny Sullivan (Matt Coates) of Clinton; brother, Rob Burgeis; and her grandchildren, Patton and Piper.
