Mrs. Jean Hollingsworth Garrett

Mrs. Jean Hollingsworth Garrett, 91, of Terry went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 22, 2018 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 12pm until the 2pm Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Terry Cemetery. Born in Lake, Mrs. Garrett had spent most of her life in the Terry area. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Terry and loved reading, crossword puzzles, playing Bunko and cards with her friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gibson Garrett, sons, Danny and Donnie Garrett and granddaughter, Becky Wilmoth Nelson. She is survived by her daughter, Gayla (James) Bailey of Terry, her brother, Jack (Dot) Hollingsworth of Morton, her sister, Lo Waldrop of Madison, her grandchildren, Jay Bailey, Joey Garrett, and Stacey Garrett; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Bailey, Hayden Bailey, Mary Payton Bailey, Jacob Wilmoth, Bailey Wilmoth, Audrey Garrett, and Avery Garrett.
