Mrs. Inez Sanders

Rosie Inez Miller Sanders, 92, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Magee. Visitation will be Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 1:00 until the 3:00 p.m. funeral service at Chancellor Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Lakewood South in Jackson. Mrs. Sanders was a member of First Baptist Church of Florence. She was devoted to her family and spent a lot of time visiting nursing home. She loved flowers and enjoyed crocheting and catering. Mrs. Sanders is preceded in death by her parents, Winford Earl and Lillian Allbritton Miller; husband, Wilbur Sanders; daughter-in-law, Suzan Sanders; granddaughter, Ashley Sanders and 3 sisters. She is survived by her sons, Tommy E. (Edwina) Sanders of Taylorsville, MS and Jim Sanders of Florence; daughters, Rita S. (Ed) Welch of Braxton and Mary S. (Don) Evans of Taylorsville, MS; brother, Wayne Miller of Antioch, CA; sister, Earline Sudduth of Raymond; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be made to Jupiter Baptist Church in Mendenhall, MS or Summerland Baptist Church in Taylorsville, MS.
