Mrs. Grace Barber Sheridan

Grace Barber Sheridan, 88, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021 in Jackson, MS. A resident of Jackson for most of her life, Grace Sheridan was born on January 17, 1933 to Prentiss William Barber and Delma Mcadory Barber in Union, MS. She was employed with Bellsouth (later AT&T) for 27 years as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Eastern Star. In her spare time, she loved to crochet and immensely enjoyed being in the Joy Choir. Grace was a devout Christian and an amazing person—even her children referred to her as “Amazing Grace”. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Beth. She is survived by her son, Shannon of Jackson; daughters, Patricia (son-in-law, Raymond) of Terry and Suzy of Jackson; and granddaughter, Jessie.
