Mrs. Geraldine Susanne-Sullivan Horne

Geraldine Susanne-Sullivan Horne, 73, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021 at New Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. Geraldine was born to James Cecil Sullivan and Olga Mejean Sullivan on February 24, 1947 in Jackson, MS. A member of Southern Hills Baptist Church, Mrs. Horne was an all-around sweet and Godly woman who lived by her Bible. She loved animals, particularly horses, which were her passion. Most of all, she loved her kids and grandkids. She could cook a mean casserole. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Horne, Sr. and daughter, Kimberly Horne. She is survived by her sons, Billy Joe Horne, Jr. (Holly) of Jackson and James Horne (Shelly) of Florence; brothers, James “Jimmy” Sullivan of Knoxville, TN and Glen Sullivan (Shawnna) of Maryville, TN; and grandchildren, Nichole Nelson and Jadyn, Justin, William, and Jennifer Horne.
