Mrs. Donna Howard Neely

Donna Lynn Howard Neely, beloved wife, mother, friend, and Nana passed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at her home in Florence. She was 68 years old. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. A private burial will follow the service. Donna was born November 30, 1953 in Crystal Springs, MS. She was a hard worker who held many jobs, including at Fed Ex and Empire Trucking, before owning and operating Neely Starter and Alternator with her husband for 20 years. She was caring, loving, generous, and will be missed by all who knew her. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, James and Earlene Howard; sisters, Betty Patterson and Margaret Hodge; and grandson, Cole Bridges. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Neely of Florence; her daughter, Brandy Bridges and her husband, Scotty, and their daughter Brooke all of Florence; her brother, Mike Howard; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
