Ms. Cynthia Kaye Best

Cynthia Kaye Best, 60 passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at her home in Pearl. Visitation will be Sunday, July 29th from 3:00 p.m. until the 4:00 p.m. Celebration of Life service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. A native of Owensboro, KY, Ms. Best spent her teenage years in California and the last 10 years in Rankin County. She worked in human resources for Coca Cola and was very outgoing. She loved people, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid LSU and New Orleans Saints fan who loved creole food and was a history buff. Ms. Best is survived by her children, Brooke O’Hair (Tony) of Florence, Jamye Best of Pearl, Troy Best of Flowood, and Nathan Best of Gulfport; grandchildren, Sydney O’Hair and Cooper O’Hair; sister, Susan (Billy) Horton of Madisonville, KY; niece, Shandley Horton, and nephew, Joshua Vickers.
