Mr. Ted Woodall

Ted Wade Woodall, age 65, passed away Friday, December 29 2017 at his home in Jackson. Family and friends will gather for a visitation 6-8pm Wed. January 3, 2018 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Ted was born in McComb, MS and lived in Jackson since 1973. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, retiring as Captain of MS Army National Guard. He also retired from the U.S. Postal Service as Manager of Human Resouces. Ted was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by his father, Farrell Woodall and sister, Bridgette Jackson. Survivors include his mother, Mozelle Woodall of Summit; wife of 47 years Jeanie Woodall of Jackson; sons, Shane (Liz) Woodall of Brandon and Jeffrey Woodall of Byram; brother-in-law, Joe Jackson of Summit; sisters, Yvonne (Gerald) Howell of McComb and Yvette (George) Lott of Summit; three grandchildren, Bailey, Vance and Parker and a number of nieces and nephews.
