Mrs. Norma Bolton Garrard

Norma Elva Bolton Garrard, 89, passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 at Briar Hill Rest Home in Florence. Visitation will be Thursday, August 27th from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl. Mrs. Garrard was a member of the Eastern Star and a volunteer with the March of Dimes. She enjoyed making dolls, baking cakes and working on the Bookmobile. Mrs. Garrard was preceded in death by her husband, R.B. Garrard; her sons, Bill and Dennis Garrard; and her grandson, Richard Baker. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Marie (Dennis) Jackson of Madison; daughter-in-law, Sylvia Garrard of Florence; brother, Stanley Bolton of Baton Rouge, LA; 2 granddaughters, Billie Long and Rhonda Wedgeworth; 4 grandsons, Zane Sullivan, Ethan Wedgeworth, Zach Peacock and Kace Wedgeworth; and 1 great granddaughter, Zoey Long.
