Mr. Michael Devin Perry

Michael Devin Perry, 70, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be 12noon until the 2:00pm funeral service Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood South. Mr. Perry was born in Dallas, TX to the late Henry K. Perry and Mary Frye Perry. He was a longtime resident of Byram, retiring as a Maintenance Engineer and Plumber. Mr. Perry was a former softball coach for his daughters and enjoyed yard work, talking with people and telling stories. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a member of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his parents and son Michael Martin. Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years Deborah Perry of Byram; daughters, Ashley Perry of Byram and Haley Pepper (Mark) of Huntsville, AL; mother-in-law, Ida Nell Allen of Byram; grandchildren, Zoey Perry, Laurel Pepper, Austin Pitts and Patrick Pickett.
