Mrs. Joy Patterson

Joy Davis Patterson, 82, passed away on Wednesday, June 24th. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Allen Patterson. Survivors include her daughters, Kay Olliver (John) and Karen Kurr (Jeff), her grandchildren, Jamie (Julia), Adam, and Russell (Lyndsey) Smith, Allen and Annaleigh Kurr, and great grandchildren, Eden and Gavin Smith. Visitation will be Saturday, June 27th from 11am-1pm at All Saints Episcopal Church, 147 Daniel Lake Blvd., Jackson, followed by a celebration of Holy Communion. Graveside services will be at Thompson's Chapel Cemetery in rural Copiah County near Wesson MS. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to All Saints Episcopal Church Memorial Fund or charity of choice.
