Mrs. Elouise Kelly Odom

Elouise Kelly Odom, 94, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall, MS. Visitation will be Thursday, November 12th from 5-8 PM at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence and Friday, November 13th from 10 until the 11 AM Funeral Service at Harrisville United Methodist Church. A graveside service will follow in Harrisville Cemetery. A native of Harrisville, MS, she worked most of her life in Montgomery, AL and after retiring from National Industries in 1998, she moved back to Harrisville. She loved to garden and working in the yard. Mrs. Odom was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons; Johnny (Margie) Gordon of Braxton, Jimmy (Peggy) Gordon of Iowa and Kelly (Marilyn) Gordon of Wetumpka, AL; daughters, Elizabeth Cook of Richland, Judy Koenig of Florence and Joan (Jimmy) Mize of Brandon; sister Frances Bridges of Harrisville; and 21 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 23 great, great grandchildren.
